Le Pelican Brasserie is located within a quiet RSL which was split over 3 levels. The brand had to be toned down and tidied up so the message was clear. The demographic at the RSL ranged from young local families to a much older lawn bowls generation. The original brand was a little lost amongst creative graphics and had to be reworked on a minimal budget. The food spoke for itself, however the brand required some much love and attention.
